Hello everybody again.
Marcela Ballara can take part in the group also. I think this is much better
as she is a member of the facilitation team. So if you all agree, I will be
sending her name.
Please see below where she explains that she could support the gorup in the
first points, but not on the ones she lists at the end. I do think that this
should not be a problem.
I look forward to your comments, but I believe it would be great if Marcela
can represent us.

iii. Develop a rolling 2-year global campaigning strategy based on GCAP
national, regional and constituency inputs
v. Devise a project plan for targeting UNFCCC process including at
Conference of Parties in 2008 and in 2009 with clear added value from GCAP
