I am forwarding the document sent by Katsuji that will be discussed at the 
Montevideo meeting. Please feel free to send all your comments, suggestions, 
etc. to the list, so those of us from the FTF who will be at the meeting can 
bring your points and arguments to the discussion. Thanks!

Katsuji acaba de enviar el documento que se discutirá en Montevideo, por 
ahora está en inglés. Apenas tenga la versión traducida se las reenvío para 
que puedan enviar sus comentarios a la lista de manera que las que vamos a 
participar de la reunión podamos presentar también vuestros argumentos.
