[Gterepem] CONFINTEA 6 postponed

Dear colleagues, friends and partners of *dvv international*!



We have bad news for you today!



Due to the outbreak of the influenza A (H1N1) the CONFINTEA 6 in Belem
Brasilia has been postponed. Please cancel everything related to your
participation in this conference, such as flight bookings, hotel
reservations, ongoing visa procedures etc. We are very grateful for all help
in limiting the costs relating to this incident.



At the moment we are waiting for an official statement from the Brazilian
government. As soon as we receive this we will send it to everybody. The
statement may help you when asking for compensation of expenditures at
travel agencies and hotels.



If you have any questions or need assistance in claiming reimbursements,
please do not hesitate to contact your local *dvv international* office,
your regional dvv office or us here in Bonn.
