Queridas amigas,
dear friends,

at the Montevideo meeting, a structure team was created that will work on 
the proposal for the future structure of GCAP. I am attaching the list of 
members, the minutes from their last meeting, and also the document prepared 
by Pattie LaCroix, resulting from the Montevideo meeting that looks forward 
at the future of GCAP. Your comments are welcome. Rosa represents us in the 
group and also Josephine is there, on behalf of the Arab region. So we are 
well represented!

en la reunión de Montevideo se creó el grupo de estrucutra que está 
trabajando en una propuesta para la futura estructura de GCAP. Les adjunto 
la lista de integrantes, las minutas de la última reunión y también el 
documento preparado por Pattie LaCroix, resultado de la reunión de 
Montevideo, sobre el futuro de GCAP. Apenas tenga la versión en español se 
las haré llegar. En el grupo nos representa Rosa, y también está Josephine 
en representación de la región árabe, así que tenemos una buena presencia.
